Good evening friends! I thought that I would share a little about our first birthday party at home. What I mean by that is, I was finally brave enough to have a bunch of little ones at my home for a few hours to play games, eat tons of sugar and enjoy the day with Adaley. She wanted to have a princess party and have pirates too. So we had a princess and pirate party. We made princess crowns and a few pirate bandannas, we also went for a treasure hunt and slew a dragon (piñata) as just a few of the games. Adaley had a great time at her party and thought that it was pretty cool that she won all the games! (huh I wonder how that happened) I think that she had a wonderful time and is now wondering where the fireworks are for her birthday... (I wonder when she will realize that the fireworks that she sees every year around her birthday are not exactly all for her... :)
